How to Make a Jewelry Box (And a Few Mistakes)

This weekend I did a little jewelry box project for a birthday party, this was a project I completed in one day.

Building the box was pretty quick, but I did not have time to do an oil/poly finish, so I just used a clear spray lacquer.

Building small to medium sized boxes is super quick if you have a guillotine framing and miter cutter, this is a tool for cutting perfect frames but I use it for many projects, and it does not produce any sawdust at all. I also used my Shapeoko CNC to carve a name with some decorative elements.
